This notice is provided under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and explains how we, as data controller, process the personal data you share through the quote request form on our website.

- Reviewing your quote request and preparing a suitable offer
- Contacting you about your request
- Carrying out contract processes for transport, warehousing and customs coordination services
- Complying with legal obligations
4. Legal grounds
Your personal data is processed under Article 5/2 of the KVKK on the grounds that it is (c) directly related to entering into or performing a contract, (ç) necessary for the data controller to comply with a legal obligation, and (f) necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided this does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms.
5. Method of collection
Your personal data is collected electronically when you fill in the quote request form on our website.
6. Transfers
To the extent necessary for the purposes above, your personal data may be shared with business partners we work with to deliver the service (our contracted customs brokerage firm, transport and warehousing partners), providers of our email and hosting services, and competent public authorities upon request. Transfers abroad required by our Türkiye–Iraq operations are carried out in accordance with Article 9 of the KVKK.
7. Retention
Your personal data is kept for as long as the purpose of processing requires and for the periods set out in applicable legislation, after which it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
8. Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed and request information about it; learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred; request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; request deletion or destruction under Article 7 and notification of these actions to third parties; object to outcomes against you arising solely from automated analysis; and claim compensation for damages caused by unlawful processing.
9. How to apply
You can submit requests regarding your rights in writing to Office No: 67, Empire Business Centre, Empire World, 100 Meter Road, Erbil, Krd Region, Iraq 44001 or by email to [email protected], in line with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles for Applications to the Data Controller. Requests are concluded within 30 days at the latest.
