This notice is provided under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and explains how we, as data controller, process the personal data you share through the quote request form on our website.

- Identity: name of the contact person
- Contact: phone number, email address, country
- Transaction: company name, tax ID number, requested service, loading and delivery locations, planned loading date, cargo details
3. Purposes
- Reviewing your quote request and preparing a suitable offer
- Contacting you about your request
- Carrying out contract processes for transport, warehousing and customs coordination services
- Complying with legal obligations
4. Legal grounds
Your personal data is processed under Article 5/2 of the KVKK on the grounds that it is (c) directly related to entering into or performing a contract, (ç) necessary for the data controller to comply with a legal obligation, and (f) necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided this does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms.
5. Method of collection
Your personal data is collected electronically when you fill in the quote request form on our website.
6. Transfers
To the extent necessary for the purposes above, your personal data may be shared with business partners we work with to deliver the service (our contracted customs brokerage firm, transport and warehousing partners), providers of our email and hosting services, and competent public authorities upon request. Transfers abroad required by our Türkiye–Iraq operations are carried out in accordance with Article 9 of the KVKK.
7. Retention
Your personal data is kept for as long as the purpose of processing requires and for the periods set out in applicable legislation, after which it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
8. Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed and request information about it; learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred; request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; request deletion or destruction under Article 7 and notification of these actions to third parties; object to outcomes against you arising solely from automated analysis; and claim compensation for damages caused by unlawful processing.
9. How to apply
You can submit requests regarding your rights in writing to Office No: 67, Empire Business Centre, Empire World, 100 Meter Road, Erbil, Krd Region, Iraq 44001 or by email to info@mcklogisticsoil.com, in line with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles for Applications to the Data Controller. Requests are concluded within 30 days at the latest.
Cookies and similar technologies
Our site uses two kinds of local storage:
- Strictly necessary: your language choice and cookie preference are stored in your browser’s local storage. They are required for the site to work and contain no personal data. Cloudflare Turnstile verification is used to protect the form.
- Analytics cookies (only with your consent): Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC / Google Ireland Ltd.) sets the _ga and _ga_* cookies to measure how our site is used. They collect information such as pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location and quote form interactions; the content you type into form fields is not sent to Google Analytics. These cookies are kept for up to 2 years.
Google Analytics data may be processed by Google on servers outside your country. We also keep aggregate visit statistics with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and collects no personal data.
